Payment Terms

50% rental deposit due at the time of booking. Rental balance + $200 refundable security deposit is due 60 days prior to rental. If booking is less than 60 days prior to rental, full rental payment plus security deposit will be due.

Cancellation:

Rental deposit is fully refunded if cancelled more than 60 days prior to rental.
